My Approach: I believe in meeting each client exactly where they are. I draw from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting my approach to your unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive, culturally responsive space where we can explore your story, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that align with your values and goals.

"I'm not here to fix you. I'm just a tool you can use to access your own clarity, truth, and power. Real talk. Real healing. Real you."
Everyone is welcome here. I work with clients from all walks of life, and I hold space with care and intention. I take a special interest in supporting BIPOC individuals navigating motherhood, perfectionism, performance pressure, ADHD, burnout, and the toll of surviving in systems not designed for us. More recently, I have been deepening my focus on men's mental health, specifically, Black men and men of color who might be carrying trauma, navigating attachment wounds, and/or trying to work through sexual abuse. Many of the men I support are battling with the impact of being raised on survival rather than love, and are learning to build relationships rooted in safety, vulnerability, and trust.
I approach this work through the lens of attachment, trauma, and the nervous system, recognizing how early experiences shape not just how we think, but how we feel, connect, and protect ourselves. Whether you're struggling with emotional regulation, relationships, self-worth, or simply feeling stuck, therapy with me is a space where you can slow down and come home to yourself.
Many of us have come to measure our worth by what we are able to produce or provide. But you are not just a job title, a paycheck, or someone else’s rock. Beneath the roles and responsibilities, there is a whole self that deserves care, connection, and room to just be. A piece of my work is about helping you learn or reconnect with that part of yourself, the one that knows rest, softness, truth, and possibility.
Together, we’ll work toward empowerment, nervous system regulation, and building a life that feels aligned with your values, your voice, and your full self. I look forward to connecting!
